Build the piece around its purpose
Plan custom apparel around a clear job: staff shirts that distinguish event roles without changing the brand. Main Graphics helps you turn that brief into a practical choice of format, artwork, and finish.
What to decide before artwork approval
Send the garment type, color, sizes, quantities, and logo placement. Fine details and the number of print colors may influence which decoration method is suitable.
Options for this project
- T-shirts and team apparel
- Corporate garment planning
- Artwork and size breakdown support
Separate changing details
Identify names, direct numbers, offers, and dates that change frequently. Keep those details in controlled artwork versions so reorders do not carry outdated information.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
