Build the piece around its purpose
Plan catalogs around a clear job: a compact booth catalog with item numbers beside product images. Main Graphics helps you turn that brief into a practical choice of format, artwork, and finish.
What to decide before artwork approval
Organize products consistently, check item numbers, and proof prices carefully. Discuss whether seasonal updates or several audience-specific editions would suit your project.
Options for this project
- Product and wholesale catalogs
- Cover and interior stock planning
- Version and quantity planning
Organize the handoff
Supply a version list with quantities by team or audience. Agree how the finished pieces should be grouped so staff can distribute the intended materials efficiently.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
